University of Ljubljana, the Republic of Slovenia in 1993 has enhanced his educational knowledge
regarding financial matters. Mr. Ray did his Master Thesis on Valuation on a Company, Alpina,
Slovenia.. Mr. Ray is awarded Certificate by the CFA Institute (USA) for completion of “Climate
Risk, Valuation and Investing” besides securing ICMAI Certification on ESG. Adding more to the
list, Mr. Ray has secured ICMAI Advanced Fintech Certification. Mr. Ray is a qualified
Independent Director and listed.
